The footage, which spread rapidly across social media platforms, has triggered widespread outrage and concern over child welfare.

Authorities confirmed that efforts are underway to identify and locate both the suspect and the minor, with an appeal to the public for information. The Police urged anyone with relevant details to report to the nearest station immediately, stressing that the safety of the child is paramount.

In a statement, the Service reiterated its commitment to protecting vulnerable children and pledged swift action to prosecute offenders once apprehended. “We will not tolerate acts that endanger the wellbeing of minors,” the Police emphasized.
